I am ServSafe® certified as required by California Health Code. My forte is "Artisan" bread and pastry, in the style of "Country" French Artisans. I am unofficially trained as a Chef, in Vietnamese, French and Italian cooking by various restaurants, Cooks and Chefs, who I maintain close relationships with. I have catered, as a team, to hundreds of people and have successfully Managed or Supervised - throughout my Food Industry career - the same amount of employees and work for hires.
I have experienced many Health Code visits while full time, and short time managing various restaurants, all receiving no less than an "A", while under my watch.

My first website I ever created was for Philip Sayce (Guitar; Melissa Etheridge) back in 2004, it was completely Flash® designed but with no Actionscript. I have come a long way since than, learning HTML, PHP and Flash® Actionscript. More recently I have created graphic work for Faith Evans® (i.e The First Lady). For web inquires please contact me.
